Discount Artificial Plants

We just moved into a new house a few weeks ago. It's the first place that my husband and I bought. With a ridiculously long mortgage, but I'm not complaining. Even if we had to pay for it for the next hundred years, it's still a great place just because it's our first real home. I've been getting the strong urge to decorate it, and have been thinking about discount artificial plants as a good option. It's weird, I was never overly involved in decorating before, when we were renting, but now that it's ours, I want to really make it ours.

I never ever thought that I would become all domestic. Not that I'm thinking of cooking anything more than boiled soup in a can or anything drastic like that. I'm set on my career, after all. But just looking for discount artificial plants to make the house more cozy is a stretch for me. We rented for over ten years before we saved up enough money for a down payment on this house. I never once wanted to do any interior decorating in any of those places. My husband was the one who wanted to make a nice home for us. He used to spruce up any place we lived in, in his spare time. Never with things like discount artificial plants though, so we don't have any old ones that I can use. He would add is own touches though. He's never been a flower kind of guy.

I don't know what’s come over me that I care enough to look at discount artificial plants, one after another until I find exactly what I want. I never expected to be affected by living in a place that we own. I thought it would be just like any other rental. But it's like I'm a new person. Even my husband looks at me with a grin when he sees me looking around for things to fill the corners with. I look at more than just discount artificial plants, of course. I want all kinds of pretty things to make this place shine. I need paintings for the walls, and maybe some ceramic figurines. They're always interesting to look at if you find the right ones. I have so much to look for.

My husband has done a complete turn-around on me though. He said that he's been the one doing this all this time and now it's my turn. No help at all. I'll show him though. He can kiss anything Kung Fu movie related goodbye. I hate those movies, but he's a big fan. So, he always managed to sneak in a framed mvie poster of something or other. It would usually be in the livingroom with a light shining on it. I wasn't going to contribute much to the effort so I just let it go. But if I'm on my own and I have to look for knick-knacks, brick-a-brack, and discount artificial plants all by myself, then no "Seven Sons Of Shaolin" for him! Surprise, Honey! There are penalties involved!
